At mile 9 men are 42:35 (4:28) and women are at 48:34 (5:12). Janet is about a block ahead of Mo at the moment. Looking like Janet will get caught #usarc

38:00 for Mo Trafeh at 8 miles. He dropped the hammer the last 2 miles and is now leading by about 70 meters. Can he catch Janet to get the bonus? #usarc

43:22 (5:03) at 8 miles for the women. Janet has a commanding lead now of about 40 meters over Kara and Williams.
